This document was investigated by the late Antonio Rumeu de Armas , President of the Real Academia de la Historia and published in the Book El "Portugues" Colon en Sevilla. Scroll to the end of the document where it shows the name as blank (proving that the court of Spain was intentionally hiding Columbus's identity already in 1487) but Antonio Rumeu de Armas was able to corroborate the payment with the date and the amount disbursed by Quintanilla and thus prove that this Portuguese recipient was indeed the same person we later called Columbus and Genoese.
